After many weeks, languishing in various doldrums (I can't supply a Venn diagram of the various malaises and hideous circumstances that led to the unexpected silence here at DPM, but if I could, it would look impressive, despite the fact that it would describe so much woe, it would make Lars Von Trier's "Melancholia" seem like the perfect bedtime story for an anxious toddler), we will be back next week with a new look and new layout.
The shop will be removed, and eventually replaced (sorry to those of you who used it as a handy method of finding albums to buy).
The Blather will continue, although just as slowly as before.
More significant, the site will be split into three separate languages: English, Norwegian and French. We hope this will allow more readers to get involved.
A new section will be added, focussing on fiction/poetry with music as a key element - submissions will be welcome.
And of course, there will be "Lots more!" (although that's actually debateable - most of the rest of the changes will just be a matter of making the site nicer for readers like you. But the laws of internet hyperbole dictate that I throw some kind of excessive stuff in here).
Looking forward to getting back on track - and thank you for the emails, sms, PMs in social media, etc - they have made me more eager to return to what I love.
With hugs and drooly kisses to you,
